The real concern about the NRSA's work is not a lack of implementation but about what they have proposed as reforms. The assembly's work will be taken on by the national reform committee. The national reform committee must not be dominated by civil servants but broader groups of people. National reform reflects the call by the People's Democratic Reform Committee, whose street protests gave a pretext for the coup. Pinning hope on small groups of civil servants and a handful of others will not result in drastic and progressive changes.
